Our Facility

In January 2015 CAPPA Motor Bodies relocated to the current site which is over 8,500 square metres in area.

Comprising of 2 large workshops, the site has been purposed planned for quicker repair times and greater quantity. This site has allowed us to streamline all processes which enable vehicles to move in one direction through the facility as they are repaired.

We now have ample parts storage and designated areas to dismantle and reassemble vehicles where our technicians are able to work on vehicles mounted on scissor lift hoists.

Our repair area has access to a Global-jig car bench which is complimented by our Car-o-liner measuring system which give us the ability to check that damaged vehicles are repaired precisely to manufacturer’s specifications and to supply a comprehensive report both before and after repairs.

Our paint shop boasts a Lowbake spray booth along with 2 state-of-the-art prep bays with a fully automated infrared arch and in ground scissor lift hoists. The 3 booths have all been in built at ground level and are drive through to enable ease of access.

A vehicle detail bay has been added which is fully compliant, where a waste separator drainage system and rain water are used.

A modern, clean reception area is where customers are welcome to access our internet, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply relax if the need arises.
